Are you passionate about Travel & Tourism?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Travel & Tourism Lecturer to join the team at Bolton College on an ongoing temporary basis.

You'll teach and inspire learners aged 16-18 across Levels 1-3, helping them develop industry knowledge, employability skills, and an understanding of the exciting opportunities available within the travel, tourism, hospitality, and visitor economy sectors.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver engaging Travel & Tourism lessons across Levels 1-3
• Plan and prepare high-quality learning activities
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback
• Track learner progress and support achievement
• Create an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Maintain accurate learner records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with curriculum teams
• Support student recruitment, retention and achievement activities

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications and/or industry experience within Travel & Tourism
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Experience teaching, training or mentoring young people and/or adults
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
• Commitment to safeguarding and learner wellbeing
